JOB SUMMARY: The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer will develop and maintain internal and external Dynamics CRM applications for clients, participating in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) while also developing technical documentation, standards, and procedures. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Responsible for working with clients to identify requirements and design solutions in Microsoft Dynamics. Familiarity with all major business uses of Dynamics CRM, including sales, marketing and service management. Familiarity with exposed Dynamics CRM APIs for custom web front-end development and external service integration. Demonstrated project experience designing and implementing solutions with Dynamics CRM using techniques including but not limited to custom forms, views, entities, relationships, plug-ins, workflows, form JavaScript events and custom reporting. Participate and contribute during all phases of the SDLC of multiple projects in parallel and ensure project deliverables are met on time and with the highest quality. Work with business users and project managers to understand inefficiencies in existing business applications and recommend solutions that deliver solutions and products to specifications. Identify, document and communicate CRM configuration and development best practices. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevent experience. Strong work ethic. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience. Excellent teamwork ability. High standards of quality and integrity.1- 3 years relevant experience. Pre Employment Skills testing as well as background and drug testing required.
